After playing by the rules and getting burned, Dick has an idea: If stealing was good enough for his boss, then its good enough for him. My Review: Any Jim Carrey movie... I'm surely in for it! His acting is just too good. No one in Hollywood does a better comic role than him. Same is the case with this movie. You're just gonna laugh all along the movie... just laugh, laugh & laugh! And like all movies, its a happy ending!

Synopsis: Follows the exploits of the four Pevensie siblings - Lucy (Georgie Henley), Edmund (Skander Keynes), Susan (Anna Popplewell) and Peter (William Moseley) - in World War II England who enter the world of Narnia through a magical wardrobe while playing a game of 'hide and seek' in the rural country home of an elderly professor. Once there, the children discover a charming, peaceful land inhabited by talking beasts, dwarfs, fauns, centaurs, and giants that has become a world cursed to eternal winter by the evil White Witch, Jadis (Tilda Swinton). Under the guidance of a noble and mystical ruler, the lion Aslan, the children fight to overcome the White Witch's powerful hold over Narnia in a spectacular, climactic battle that will free Narnia from Jadis' icy spell forever.

My Review: I would have really liked the movie if I was a kid. But since, that's not the case I still say the movie was quite entertaining all due to the spectacular visual effects & extraordinary characters. This movie is more in line of the Harry Potter series. But you wouldn't regret it if you missed it. I'm still wondering how did it ever beat King Kong to the top spot? Maybe kids amount to more of the movie-going audience? :P
